Privacy policy

Effective October 30, 2026

Who we are

Vitrava Press is a small publisher based in Michigan, USA. This policy covers vitravapress.com.

What we collect

When you ask for your bonus pages, we collect your email address and whether you chose to hear about new books. We do not ask for anything else.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to run and protect the site.

How we use it

We use your email address to send the link to your color previews and bonus pages. If you ticked the box, we also send occasional emails about new books from Vitrava Press.

We do not sell or rent your address, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who handles it for us

Your email address is stored and sent through Kit, our email provider. The site is hosted by Hostinger. Each follows its own privacy policy.

After you sign up, Kit may suggest other newsletters. Signing up for any of them is optional and is between you and that newsletter.

What stays in your browser

The site saves two small notes in your own browser. One holds your email address so the thank-you page can show it; it is cleared when you close the tab. The other remembers that you have signed up, so the sign-up page can take you straight to your bonus pages next time. Neither is sent to us.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
